Cathy,

I find LinkedIn very helpful in expanding my network through techniques including many of Kim’s suggestions. But I worry when the applications require me to acknowledge I’m giving them access to my information. I’d be interested in Kim’s take on this issue, if she’s following comments on your blog.

I really like when you addressed that people should feel good when they make a purchase – that those positive feelings should be sustainable and not just a shopper’s short-term ‘high’.
